Site inspections - visits to both ceremony and reception sites prior to your wedding.
• Catering & menu consultation - we advise on the best solutions to fit your wedding style.
• Food tasting - you will be able sample your menu with your selected caterer to decide on the final menu items before your wedding.
• Bar service planning - from guests’ arrival through the reception.
• Table mock-up - A 1-hour consultation with the décor company where you will get to see & work on your table arrangement and settings.
• Hiring - we facilitate all hiring of equipment where required.
• Communication - we regularly check in with your chosen suppliers including the week before the wedding date to ensure all plans are on track.
• Itinerary & floor plan creation & management - you and all suppliers will receive a time schedule for your wedding day in advance so that everyone knows exactly where to be and at what time. We then ensure that each action occurs at or as close to the time as set about in the itinerary.
• Time management - we ensure that all relevant parties are kept informed should times change for unforeseen reasons on the day which ensures your day still runs smoothly.
• Set-up - we arrive early on the day and manage all the suppliers ensuring that the venues are being set-up as per your requirements.
• Quality control - we check that all items are being presented according to your specifications.
• Event management - we facilitate the entire day from start till dinner.
• Post event - we will follow up on all refunds due to you and will assist you with whatever queries you might still have
