*Keep track of essential items if needed (i.e: Rings / Marriage License / Ritual items etc.)
*Placement of Ceremony Items (i.e: *Programs / Gifts etc.)
*Ensure Set Up & Decor is as requested
*Reception Details: Menu / Thank You Gifts / Placement
*Light candles if any
*Coordination of Program / Timeline
