Package Summary
On your wedding day you shouldn’t be worrying about whether or not the flowers are in place or finding out why the cake is late. You should be surrounded by the ones you love and sipping on champagne.
We’ll be there for you on the big day to ensure that everything goes according to plan.
We begin reviewing your wedding details from a month before the wedding date to ensure that all aspects have been covered and we liaise with all your selected suppliers to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Package Information
Our on the day coordination consists of the following services:
• Consultation - We meet with you to discuss all your plans and get details for all suppliers.
• Handover - We facilitate a full briefing from yourselves and an introduction to your selected service providers.
• Itinerary - We create a detailed timeline and manage this throughout the day to ensure your wedding runs as smoothy as possible.
• Communication - We follow up with all service providers before the wedding date to ensure all plans are on track. We provide all service providers with the wedding day itinerary and a map to the venue. We will be available to answer any timeline related questions that your suppliers may have.
• Time management - We ensure that all relevant parties are kept informed should times change for unforeseen reasons on the day which ensures your day still runs smoothly.
• Set-up – We arrive early on the day and manage all the suppliers ensuring that the venues are being set-up as per your requirements.
• Quality control - We check that all items are being presented according to your specifications.
• Event management - We facilitate the entire day from start to close of proceedings ensuring that you and your guests have the best experience possible.
• Post wedding - We are there to help you with whatever queries you might still have
This Package Includes:
- 1 x introductory meeting.
- 1 x site meeting.
- 2 x coordinators on your wedding day
- Travel cost to venue for the day of the wedding. (Applicable for venues within 80km of OSP offices.)
