Package Information
Duties Included but not limited to in the package:
*"On the day Coordination" Package Included
*Schedule and attend all Vendor / Supplier meetings and site tours
*Attend all meetings on behalf of Bride / Groom when he / she is unavailable
*Finalize Guest / Invitation details
*Finalize Catering details
*Create detailed Timeline and Floor plans
*All Vendor/Supplier Requests and Confirmations will be directly handled by me and then communicated to yourself for approval
*Assist in styling of the Wedding, Bring YOUR ideas to Life!
*Ensure programs , place cards & menus are printed and ready in time
*Have all details planned and finalized no later than 2 weeks prior to wedding Day
*Lastly, take over ALL communication of suppliers & vendors to ease the pressure of the wedding couple as their Big day approaches!!
